The DownUnder Suite is a large open plan apartment. It encompasses the complete lower ground floor, is self contained and has its Own Private Entrance onto Mouat Street. The suite is Extremely Spacious with a kitchenette, dining and living area and a Newly Renovated Private Bathroom with a Bath. It has one Queen Size Bed and two Single Beds. There is Reverse Cycle Airconditioning and a Flat Screeen Television with Free Netflix.

A FAMILY SUITE: Children are welcome in the Down Under Suite.
The DownUnder Suite caters for a maximum of 4 guests (unless otherwise negotiated with the manager). There is an additional charge of $75 AUD each for a third or fourth adult guest. If the additional guests are children, the additional rate is $45 AUD per child. Please advise as to the number of guests at the time of booking.
Please be aware that a small number of stairs need to be negotiated for access to the DownUnder Suite.
